PLEASE MAKE READING A HABIT!
Kindly keep in mind that your orders are all the way from Korea. We ask for your patience if your package will be long gone before it was shipped to you. Moreover, we assure you that your orders are secured and will be delivered to you.
ORDERS/ PAYMENTS
1. Please be reminded that filling out the order form means you are 101% SURE AND A RESPONSIBLE buyer.
2. Once the form is submitted, item is considered sold to you.
3. Order Cancelation is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to pay the CANCELLATION FEE of 500 php or 50% of the total cost of the product, whichever is HIGHER.
4. Please be mindful of the DOP. We have PENALTY FEE worth 200 php per day after the given date of payment. The penalty fee will lasts for a week. After that, you will be one of our JOY RESERVERS/ BOGUS BUYERS.
5. Failure to fulfill the payment within the given DATE OF PAYMENT (DOP) will be tagged and posted as JOY RESERVER/BOGUS BUYER and will be BLACKLISTED from our shop.
6. After sending your payment, please make sure to send your PROOF OF PAYMENT by filling out the Payment Form, which will be attached in the Order Confirmation Email.
SHIPPING
1. Normal ETA usually takes 4-7 weeks to arrive in PH address while Fast ETA takes about 1-3 weeks. Please give us time to carefully sort and pack your items upon arrival in PH address. Pahanap albums will be classified under Long ETA, which may take 4 months or more. PATIENCE IS VIRTUE!
2. For any updates and announcements, kindly refer to the masterlist on our Twitter page (@HambecaPH).
3. Please anticipate changes or delays brought about by holidays or calamities, even courier processes. These are beyond our control.

DAMAGES
1. We packed your items securely and safely. If ever there will be damages, we are not liable for it, as it was supposed to be handled carefully by our couriers. That is beyond our control.
2. Refunds are given if items goes out of stock.
